Maternal disorders are those complications occurring during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. The study-level covariates included 1) postpartum hemorrhage only, 2) hospital inpatient, 3) antepartum hemorrhage only, 4) severe hemorrhage excluded, 5) severe hemorrhage only.
