    Launched for the first time in 2013, the Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) is an annual benchmarking report that measures the ability of countries to compete for talent. The report, which covers 119 economies, is based on research conducted by INSEAD (led by Pr. Bruno Lanvin and Professor Paul Evans) in partnership with The Adecco Group and Tata Communications.
