GDP per unit of energy use

2011 U.S. dollar, PPP, per kilogram of oil equivalent, 1990–2015

Info Edit

PPP GDP is gross domestic product converted to 2011 constant (real) international dollars using purchasing power parity rates. An international dollar has the same purchasing power over GDP as a U.S. dollar has in the United States. This measure describes how much GDP was produced per unit of energy expended in doing so.
